Hey guys --

Just ran across a resource that I'd forgotten about called MedWorm.  It basically indexes a ton of medical information resources from medical journals to books to medical blogs to clinical trials.  You can perform a search, then filter your results by a number of criteria -- one of the coolest is by specialty.  For example, I just ran a search on "exercise cognition" to see what I ran into about effects of exercise on learning and thinking (perhaps I should do more cardio while studying for Step 1?).  Then I chose to filter by specialty -> Neurology and narrowed my results to be more specific to what I'm trying to find.

Additionally, you can turn your searches into "feeds" so that you'll be updated whenever new studies/articles/etc are posted that match your search criteria.  Neat way to stay on top of the research.

Check it out if you get a chance!
